Session 1 · 90 minutes, live online

Where you stand: orders, rules and real risk

  • Opens with the 25-question pre-assessment, so each person sees where they start.
  • What the emergency orders change, and the Florida and federal laws that do not change.
  • The 10 common excuses, and the truth behind each.
  • Each perspective: board, CAM, owner, contractor by type, professional, employer.

Pre-assessment (25 questions, baseline only)

Session 2 · 90 minutes, live online

Ready before the storm: proof, people and discipline

  • Property and business profiles: what you have, who you call, what you can prove.
  • The 12-relationship readiness bench, counseling and support included.
  • The six traps and the disciplines that must not stop: project, financial, accounting, documentation.
  • Ends with the 25-question knowledge test.

Knowledge test (25 questions)

Session 3 · 90 minutes, live online

Stewardship in action: decisions you can defend

  • Case walk-throughs by perspective, 72 hours to 6 months after landfall.
  • The insurance firewall, fair dealing, and what CPI will never promise.
  • Your 90-day plan before June 1, 2027, and the 2027 Full Community Program.
  • Ends with the 25-question certification test. Pass 20 of 25 to be certified.

Certification test (25 questions, pass 20/25)

Pass 20 of 25 on the Session 3 test, with the first two tests done, to earn a numbered CPI Executive Briefing certificate. Up to 3 tries.
