Education & Scholarship — An Emerging Initiative

Doing good, in the open — together

We are beginning to shape an Education & Scholarship arm of the CPI-Results community — built around foundation work, recognition, mentorship, and a speaking bureau. It is forming now, and we are inviting the people and companies who want to help build it and be seen leading it.

This is an invitation, not an announcement.

These programs are being formed. Nothing here claims a scholarship already awarded or a sponsor already named. What is real is the intent — and the open door for the right people to help shape what comes next.

Four ways this work strengthens community truth

Each pillar stands on its own — and together they build recognition of the issues that matter to every community.

Foundation Work

Giving back, in the open. Scholarships for students entering property management and the trades that serve communities, small grants to associations in hardship, and an annual honor for a board or manager who chose transparency. Named, local goodwill — not a faceless donation.

Recognition Work

Naming and celebrating what good looks like. An honor roll, case studies of transparent boards, and a “leaders in community truth” list. Recognition here is earned and editorial — never bought — which is exactly what makes it worth having.

Mentorship

Pairing seasoned managers and board veterans with newer managers, new board members, and students. The lowest-cost, highest-trust way to build the next generation — and the relationships that carry a whole community forward.

Speaking Bureau

A roster of credible voices available to speak at chapter meetings, expos, and board workshops on transparency, verified vendors, reserves, and the move from analog habits to modern, verified decisions.

A way for good companies to be seen leading

Southwest Florida’s communities are served by respected management companies and thousands of volunteer board members. Many are moving from long-held analog habits toward modern, verified, results-driven decisions — and they want a dignified way to lead that shift, not just react to it.

Supporting this work is that way. It turns modernization into an act of leadership: funding scholarships, mentoring the next generation, speaking on the panels that matter, and lending a good name to the recognition of community truth — while helping sustain the shared resources the whole network relies on.

Recognition is earned, never bought.

Supporting the foundation, mentorship, or speaking work earns visible standing — never a ranking, a review, or preferred placement anywhere in the CPI marketplace. Nobody pays to win. That firewall is what keeps this good work worth doing.

Ways to help shape it

Every one of these is open now, as an expression of interest. We would love to hear which one is yours.

Become a founding underwriter

For established management companies who want to visibly lead the region’s move to verified, modern community decision-making — and help fund the shared infrastructure every board benefits from.

Support a scholarship

Help open a door for a student entering property management, public administration, or a community-serving trade. Named, transparent, and tied to real community good.

Mentor or be mentored

Offer your experience to a newer manager or board member — or ask to be paired with someone who has walked the road before you.

Join the Speaking Bureau

Lend your voice to the rooms where communities and managers gather to learn. Share what transparency and good decisions really look like.

Help us do good, in the open

If you want to network with people who care about their communities — and be part of something built honestly from the start — raise your hand. We will follow up personally as these programs take shape.

  • No commitment — this is simply an expression of interest.
  • Everything is transparent: who funds what, and where it goes.
  • The marketplace stays neutral — recognition is always earned.
