1. Purpose & Universal Fairness
Community Procurement Independent ("CPI") operates an independent, transparent procurement platform serving Florida community associations. Every member is treated under the same rules, the same scoring, and the same fees. Membership is limited to qualified vendors and is offered on universally fair terms — no member receives preferential ranking, hidden discounts, or private advantages of any kind.
2. Membership Tiers & Fees
Membership is offered in three tiers: Free (Free), Verified ($995 per year or $100/mo), and Professional ($2,995 per year or $250/mo). The Free tier costs nothing to join. If you select Verified or Professional, billing begins only after your application is approved. A refundable application deposit of $995 is collected at application time and is fully refunded if the application is not approved. 3. No Promise of Bid Requests
CPI does not sell leads and makes no promise, guarantee, or representation that any bid request, RFQ invitation, or opportunity will result from membership. Procurement demand is driven entirely by community associations (HOAs/condos) and their managers. Membership provides eligibility to be matched — not a quota of opportunities.
4. No Pay-to-Rank
No fee, membership tier, or payment of any kind can improve a vendor's match score, ranking, visibility, or recommended status. Scoring is deterministic and identical for all members.
5. No Obligation
Membership creates no obligation on either party to enter into any contract. Members may decline any opportunity, and associations remain free to select any vendor. The Free tier may be ended at any time; paid tiers may be cancelled before renewal.
6. Universal Newsletter
All members receive the CPI universal newsletter as part of membership — market insights, procurement trends, and platform updates delivered to every member equally.
7. Qualification & Credential Verification
You agree to provide accurate company information and to submit the credentials you have selected for independent verification (licenses, insurance, workers' compensation, certifications, references, and screening as applicable). Membership eligibility depends on passing qualification and verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate removal without refund.
8. Accuracy, Conduct & Removal
Members agree to keep credentials current, respond to opportunities honestly, and uphold professional conduct. CPI may suspend or remove members for expired credentials, verified complaints, or breach of this Agreement.
9. Independence
CPI has no ownership stake in any member and accepts no vendor placement fees. Revenue comes solely from membership and procurement services — never from influencing outcomes.
10. Acceptance
By signing below you confirm you are authorized to bind your company and that you accept these terms in full.
