Transparency by design
How we make money — and what money can never buy
Most platforms hide how they are paid, because how they are paid is the catch. We do the opposite. Here is every way the platform earns — and the firewall that keeps payment out of procurement, permanently.
“Nobody pays to win. Everybody pays only for a clearly defined service received.”
We are paid to improve procurement — not to influence procurement.
Four separate revenue lanes
Each lane is a defined service someone chooses to buy. None of them can move a vendor up or down in a match.
Association pays
Community Membership
Year-round software, records, and benchmarking for boards and managers. A subscription to our tools — decided long before any specific vendor is involved.
Association pays
Procurement Service
A flat fee to run a defined procurement well — scope, RFQ administration, comparison, and documentation. Never a percentage of savings or of the contract.
Vendor pays
Vendor Membership
Profile, credential verification, tools, and the ability to see and respond to opportunities. Buys access and services — never ranking or recommended status.
Subscribers pay
Market Intelligence
Aggregated, anonymized benchmarking and education. No individual vendor is identified and no single ranking is affected.
For communities
Association pricing
Boards and managers pay for tools and for procurement work — never a percentage of savings or of the contract.

Verification is a trust signal, not a purchase of rank. A paid Verified tier pays us to do the verification work. What a buyer sees in scoring is the verified fact — that insurance and licenses are real — never the payment itself.
What money can never buy
- A higher match score or better ranking
- Recommended, featured, or “#1” placement
- Invitations to bid (demand is HOA-driven)
- Any influence over which vendor an association selects
- Private discounts or preferential treatment
The firewall that guarantees it
- Payment status is structurally separated from match scoring — the scoring engine cannot read any commercial or membership field.
- Match Score (capability), Commercial Status (free/verified/professional), and Opportunity Status are three separate concepts that never cross.
- Every scoring run is written to an immutable audit log — factors, weights, and results — so any decision can be reconstructed and shown to be payment-blind.
- Every RFQ and Decision Report carries a compensation disclosure: the ranking is identical no matter which vendor wins.
Because Florida law addresses anti-kickback, community association manager disclosure, and board fiduciary duties, our final fee agreements and disclosure language are reviewed by Florida counsel. This page describes our model; it is not legal advice.
Transparent by design, on purpose
The way we are paid is the same reason you can trust the result. Explore the platform from either side.
