CPI VideoCertain™

Noticed. Recorded. Filed. Certain.

Video meetings for Florida condo and HOA boards that prove themselves. Every meeting gets a ready notice, a clean video room, a 5-Star checklist and a filed record, so owners can see the board did it right.

What Florida boards are asked to show

In plain words. Your own documents and attorney have the final say.

Link in the notice

When a meeting is held by video, the notice carries the link (or dial-in) and a physical place owners can attend.

Recorded

Video meetings are recorded and the recording is kept with the official records.

Contracts attached

A contract the board will vote on is attached to the notice so owners can read it first.

Affiliated vendors flagged

A contract with a related or affiliated vendor needs the larger vote and its own disclosure.

Owner question sessions

Owners get regular sessions to ask about construction, budget and spending. CPI counts them for you.

Answers on file

Questions, answers and minutes are filed so the next board can see what was promised.

Governance mode: no selling, ever

A board meeting is not a sales event. In governance meetings the video room keeps the recording on and turns shopping, sponsor and affiliate features off. Nobody can pay for time on the agenda.
