CPI RFQ Vault
Your profile fills the request.
A request for quotes, or an insurance submission, asks for the same facts again and again. The RFQ Vault takes them from your community profile, shows how well each fact is proven, and adds only what is new for that job. Every bidder gets the same facts and the same scope.

What the proof levels mean
Every answer carries one level, so the reader knows what was checked and what was only stated. Gaps are shown, never hidden.
- V Verified
- A paper was checked by an independent, credentialed person (inspector, engineer, CPA, appraiser) or by CPI staff.
- A Attested
- A board officer or the manager signed that it is true. Not yet checked by someone outside.
- S Public record
- Taken from a public source: state registry, county property appraiser, FEMA map, permit records.
- P Pending
- Ordered or in progress, with a due date.
- X Gap
- Missing or out of date. Shown openly so it can be fixed, never hidden.
- NA Not applicable
- Does not apply to this community, with the reason written down.
